By placing the referral message at the right moment and framing it as an exclusive, high-reward opportunity, the team drove a 166.67% rise in user referrals.

    The team also addressed the issue of low wallet balances with a real-time bottom sheet that reminded users to add cash to continue playing.

    The message, "Play big, win big," was triggered when users had low balances, encouraging them to top up for uninterrupted gameplay.

    This nudge lead to a 54.48% increase in cash addition clicks and a 12.79% improvement in successful cash additions, keeping users engaged and boosting revenue.
